4 personnes MOULES CRUSTILLANTES 1 kg de moules bouchot 1 ?chalote 1 dl de vin blanc Cr?me Curry Basilic Citron 1 tomate pel?e, ?p?pin?e et coup?e en brunoise Nettoyer les moules. Emincer l’?chalote et la faire suer avec un peu d’huile. Ajouter le vin blanc et chauffer puis faites ouvrir les moules ? feu vif. Les d?coquiller, filtrer le jus et le remettre en casserole.
