A commemoration of the international day of peace was held on 19 September 2008 in the Council Chamber of the Palais de Nations (Geneva), hosted by the Non-governmental Liaison Office of the United Nations at Geneva and the Spanish Society for International Human Rights Law (SSIHRL). Erik Solheim is a young and dynamic minister with a strong commitment to creating a better world for humanity through environmental issues or simply more “development” issues.
