HAITI LA NATION A BESOIN DE STARS par Dan Albertini Il était une fois le monde, ce monde avait besoin de paix. Mais, la paix a un coût. Elle coûte encore plus quand cet indice est plus élevé que la valeur de cette paix proposée. Celle-ci, trop souvent, fait appel à des spécialistes qui, pour l’introduire, convoquent le long terme tandis qu’il y a péril en la demeure.
